In order for an athlete to be eligible to participate in our 2008 Track & Field program, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

1. A minimum 2.0 GPA must be maintained and no “Fs” in any course.
    
2. The Athletic Clearance Form (Blue form) must be completely filled out and turned in.
    
3. Athletic Physical must be done and paperwork turned in.
    
4. ASB fees (per year) must be paid.
    
5. Transportation fees must be paid.
    
6. 2008 Spirit Pack must be purchased.
